Thank you Rabbi for phoning me around 8 30 pm last night requesting information with respect to the current state of affairs re the BDS.

I was pleased to be able to give this to you – and an informed background as well.

I am pleased to have again confirmed that you will co operate fully with Michael Danby whom I intrust to write an article on this matter.

Of course I know not whether Michael will take it on – or what format it will take.

No demand is made of MD – and hereunder I write the following. As a guide.

Michael returns from overseas this morning and will no doubt take several days to appreciate what is being put in front of him herein and salient entries on my blog.
Adam Carr informed me several days ago that Michael D had presumably months ago blocked my emails from g87@optusnet.com.au because of my emails / blog’s manifest anti – Labor orientation. Perhaps I understand. However I propose this elegant solution: Michael to close his eyes to anything he can plainly see is unfriendly to Labor. JUST CONCENTRATE ON THE ELEGANTLY FLOWING LINKS RE THE BDS. WE OBVIOUSLY AGREE RE ISRAEL / BDS et al – so I am sure he will indeed close his eyes and thin of Israel!
I will take Michael off my list – and send him ONLY MATERIAL RELATING TO THE BENEFIT OF ISRAEL. the logical corrolary is that he cshould unblock me; it is clumsy communicating through Adam Carr – his esteemed office manager who gave me his email as a convenience to obviate above problem.
Hereunder are suggestions. I make them simply because I am in a position to do so because of my familiarity with what is on my blog and elsewhere.

Contact Prof Dan Avnon – see next email. Sadly the good professor ignored me. Perhaps he did not take my activities seriously?
Contact all the people at the Sydney uni – and respectfully ask why Lynch has not been? [Lynched – rhetorically and sacked.
Ask the managers – Iveson and Spence why they are in agreement with the above – less – than – more – and why they have done NOTHING – in spite of their waffle!
IT IS INTERESTING FOR ME THAT RABBI COWEN PICKED THIS UP MORE OR LESS : HE ASKED ME ABOUT AN ARTICLE HE FOUND ON GOOGLE INDICATING IVESON / SPENCE BEING AGAINST THE BOYCTT! I advised Rabbi Cowen that in fact they did nothing!
Perhaps MD can ask the UNI HEADS how they would like to be sued? Att Ian Waller / Geoff Bloch!!
Indeed – how about a reverse boycott – targeting the uni’s sponsors? Asking them – the more rational sponsors some intuitively obvious questions!
Or – go public -- that can go to asking Parliamentarians about how they feel ... ignore Bobness – Carr! the quasi – intellectual one!

I now advise you that too many have ignored my entreaties for support.

Dear Rabbi Shimon Cowen

I thank you for finally confirming late last night at Watts barmitvah party that you will fully co operate with Michael Danby whom I entrust with doing justice to what may / should be the JEWISH STORY OF THE DECADE!

The interesting matter is that this is a reasonable synopsis!!

My purpose in hassling you over the past year was to try to set up circumstances whereby the following may REASONABLY be seen as likely corollaries.

The sacking of Jake Lynch
The disbanding of his BDS centre.
The full co operation / fear of those in charge of the University that if they ever do anything like an illegal boycott again they will be sued!
The Jewish community should immediately move to legally destroy the remnants of the BDS system: I already spoke with Ian Waller and others in Mizrachi last night: it is about time we went to the courts to protect ourselves – and gave courage to Bremners to be involved in this - they have copiously ignored me when I fought for them last year through the ACCC. None of these battles are on my blog – no time yet.
The vagaries of postulations as to whether primary / secondary / tertiary boycotts are legal / illegal leave me cold! ANY BARRISTER WITH HALF A BRAIN COULD EASILY DO THEM OVER! AND I HAVE NO FORMAL TRAINING,,, perhaps I can teach them that there are no principles of legal / illegal strikes here – just intimidation ...AND MORE --- MUCH MORE!!
Let this be seen as the classical example that we stand and fight – and never again be intimidated by our enemies! CHAZAK.....
I now advise Michael Danby that in view of my humble efforts – I request that I be named in what he does – as an example to private people that they can succeed where leaders just do NOTHING!!

Shame on those who have seen all I did – and just stood by and did nothing to help me! Some actually thwarted me.There are 3 Jews at Sydney UNI who are also COWARDS!
